Project Manager, Marketing
Role Purpose
As a Project Manager in our Digital Engagement team, you will play an essential role in supporting cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and deliver outstanding marketing campaigns. You will work closely with account teams and creative leads to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within scope, while also contributing to process improvements and effective communication both internally and with clients.
About You
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing and fundraising is a plus.
Skills + Tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Trello, Workfront) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, MS Teams, Google Chat).
- Basic data interpretation skills (Excel, pivot tables) are a bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing
Project Lifecycle Management
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, including defining scopes, tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams such as copywriters, designers, and front-end developers.
Status Updates + Communication
- Provide regular project status updates during internal meetings.
- Facilitate agendas, take meeting notes, and support client-facing check-ins.
- Help maintain clear communication channels among all stakeholders.
Quality Assurance + Process Improvement
- Proof and QA communication deliverables including emails, direct mail pieces, landing pages, presentations, and other digital content.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Support + Coordination
- Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to support scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring that project requirements are met.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks related to project execution, such as meeting scheduling and internal process management.
